1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Tianvex International Limited, operator of the TankFlows brand (“TankFlows”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific conditions shown before purchase.
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be at least the age required in your jurisdiction. If you use TankFlows for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Service description
TankFlows is a digital marketplace focused on eSIM, mobile top-up, gift cards, gaming products and subscription services. Products may be supplied by TankFlows or by third-party providers. Availability, coverage, denomination, compatibility, duration and redemption rules vary by product and region.
Website descriptions are intended to be accurate, but availability and provider information can change. Product-specific information presented at checkout or delivery forms part of these Terms. We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, subject to existing legal obligations.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current account, order and delivery information;
- protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access;
- check product compatibility, region, operator, value and conditions before purchase;
- use products lawfully, personally or as otherwise permitted by the relevant provider;
- not resell, automate, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service unless expressly authorised;
- not use stolen payment methods, false identities or the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, abuse or unlawful conduct.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Digital product delivery
Products are delivered electronically through the channel stated in the product or order information. Delivery may include a code, link, QR code, activation profile, credit confirmation, account entitlement or instructions.
You must provide a valid delivery destination and maintain access to it. Delivery is generally considered complete when the digital product or instructions are made available or sent to the destination you supplied. Processing may be delayed by payment review, security checks, supplier availability or events outside reasonable control.
Do not disclose delivery codes or credentials to unauthorised persons. Some products expire or become ineligible after activation, redemption, disclosure or a specified date.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices, currencies, taxes, fees and any recurring terms are presented before purchase where applicable. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount. Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.
An order is subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, security review and availability. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, product information is materially incorrect, supply is unavailable, fraud is suspected or law requires it. If a cancelled order was charged and no product was delivered, the applicable amount will be returned through the original or another lawful method.
6. Refund policy
Because digital products can be issued or used immediately, refunds may be limited once a code, profile, entitlement or other digital value has been revealed, delivered, activated, redeemed, consumed or transferred. A change of mind, incompatible device, incorrect region or mistaken operator selection may not qualify where the product was accurately described and supplied.
Contact shop@tianvex.com promptly if a product was not delivered, is materially different from its description, or appears defective. Include the order reference and relevant non-sensitive evidence. We may troubleshoot, replace, re-deliver or refund as appropriate under product terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights. Mandatory cancellation, conformity or refund rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
7. Intellectual property
The TankFlows website, brand, design, copy, software, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tianvex International Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for its intended purpose.
Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the applicable commercial relationship.
8. Third-party products and services
Third-party providers may impose additional activation, acceptable-use, subscription, privacy or service conditions. You are responsible for reviewing applicable provider terms. We are not responsible for third-party networks, platforms or services beyond obligations that law or our express commitment places on us.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every third-party product will remain available in every region.
To the extent permitted by law, Tianvex International Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from misuse, third-party outages or incompatibility that was disclosed or reasonably discoverable.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access, cancel pending orders or require verification when we reasonably believe an account presents security, fraud, legal or abuse risk; breaches these Terms; harms others; or threatens the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using TankFlows at any time. Terms that by nature should continue—such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place of incorporation of Tianvex International Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your usual place of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact shop@tianvex.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over Tianvex International Limited or the consumer will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory local forum rights.
12. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or business transaction, subject to law.
